September Faves

Hi Lovelies
I can't believe I've had my blog for close to a year now and this sadly comes to the end of my Monthly Faves. I told myself to stick to it for a year so I would have something once a month to continuous write about on my blog- though at times it was hard to come up with a post every month, I feel like i've reached a goal! and don't worry i'll still be reviewing my newest purchases just not monthy.
Below are pass links to every monthly faves-

Mehr Lipstick
You would have seen this lipstick featured on my last collaboration post 'Two Looks One Lipstick' and since getting it i'm obsessed with this shade its described as a dirty blue pink with a matte finish.
A perfect shade to wear during the day or on a night out, it has become my 'go-to' lately as it is a perfect pinky nude. I understand now why it is always out of stock at Mac.

Water Weight Foundation SPF 30
Along with my lipstick purchase I picked up a sample of Mac's newest foundation- Water Weight.
I finally got my actual shade NW15 as I tend to prefer a foundation shade that is darker than my natural skin tone but I'm now accepting my paleness...cause your girl usually likes to be tanned.
Described as medium buildable coverage is weightless and has a natural satin finish.
I found this foundation to be more of a light to medium coverage as I could still see the redness from my cheeks still peering through and breakouts were not covered at all but thats nothing concealer couldn't fix.
Along with this foundation came out a new brush the '196- Slanted Flat Top Foundation' brush with very dense and soft bristle if only Mac gave out mini brush samples i'd have the perfect review but I've stuck with my fave beauty blender to applied this foundation. It has a really runny consistency but was still really easy to blend and it feels so light and looks so natural!

I'm discovering I really like a foundation that has a natural satin finish and as foundation reviews can be helpful i'd always suggest trying out a sample first, as its the best way to find out what foundation is suitable for your skin type.
As for would I buy a full size I think I would I still want to give the sample a few more goes as i've only tried it out twice so far.

Hippie Princess Perfume
Eau de Toilette (30ml)
I know I've probably said this before but I think I've found my favourite new perfume!
Sadly it is limited edition to 2015 but it has an amazing fruity scent with a distinct Mango fragrance.
Hippie Princess is the newest fragrance in Vera Wang's iconic Princess line, with its bohemian-inspired design on the iconic heart shaped bottle.
My all time favourite fragrance is 'Princess' by Vera Wang so I know of her range but have never really liked any other 'princess perfumes' from the collection until I found this one!
Ingredients- The fragrance opens with a playful indulgence of Red Mango and floral White Freesia, which balance out the juicy notes of Apricot Nectar and smooth Lotus Flower at the heart. Soft Blonde Woods, sheer Pink Musk, and indulgent Vanilla warm the fragrance as it dries down on the skin.
Additional notes include apple blossom and jasmine.

Nars- Unlawful Blush
I can see this colour as an everyday blush suited to most skin tones!
Described as an amber pink with silver pearls.
This is my first Nars blush single as I have only ever purchased Nars blushes in palettes, so it will be interesting to see how long a single blush lasts me.
Its gives my cheeks a nice muted peach tone, I'd highly recommend this as a first purchase if your been wanting to buy a Nars blush but aren't sure which one.
